Acceptance of the services and products offered by the Company on this Site constitutes acceptance by the User of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale which apply to all the services provided.

To order
To obtain the services or automate lead generation:
* provide the personal data and information requested, ensuring that this information is complete and accurate. * validate his order after having checked it.
* make full payment of the price of any paid products or services ordered.
The validation of the order entails for the User the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation of availing himself of any other conditions. Any non-compliance by the User with his obligations releases the Company from its promise to provide the requested service.
The Company reserves the right to refuse an order from a User who has not fully paid for a previous order or with whom a dispute has been noted.
Pay the amount of the order (paid services and products)
The prices of paid products and services are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
All product orders are payable in euros. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the order. A flat-rate contribution to the shipping, packaging and order processing costs, according to the current rate, is requested from the User in addition to the price of the services or physical products.
The payment of orders is made by the means of payment offered on the Site. The user must pay the full price and charges relating to the service or product ordered, including taxes and shipping costs, when placing the order.
Unavailability of services and products offered
The offers of services and products are valid as long as they are visible on the Site. In the event of unavailability for more than 30 days, the Company will offer the User either the delivery of an equivalent service or product, or reimbursement of the lead generation marketing automation.
Deliveries of ordered products (paid products)
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the User on the order form. The most commonly used shipping method is “Colissimo Suivi” from La Poste. The goods travel at the risk and peril of the User once the products have left the Company’s shipping premises. In the event of damage occurring during transport, the User must submit a reasoned complaint to the carrier within three days of delivery.
